What Patio and Walkway Installation Involves
Installation follows the same process for both: we excavate to the required depth, compact the base material, set forms, pour to 4 inches thick (minimum for patios; 3.5 inches minimum for walkways), finish to specification, and cut control joints at the correct intervals to manage shrinkage cracking. Most patio and walkway jobs are complete in one day. Foot traffic is safe after 48 hours; furniture and planters after 7 days. Stamped work adds time for pattern pressing and coloring before the slab sets. All work is completed by our own crew — no subcontracting.

When Not to Call Us
If you want a paver or natural stone patio, that is not work we do — we pour concrete. Stamped concrete can replicate the look of stone or brick, but it is a poured slab with a pattern pressed in, not actual masonry. If the material matters to you more than the appearance, we are not the right contractor.
